From booking my eye exam with Dr. Edgar Oliva to working with Kim, Barb and Tracey I found that they were all incredibly helpful and especially attentive to my needs. I felt heard, respected and understood. Besides my every day glasses I got prescription sunglasses for the very first time. My eyes are extremely sensitive to the sun so being outside was always uncomfortable-not anymore!!! My new sunglasses are the greatest investment-now I can enjoy the great outdoors without suffering.

“I just returned from a visit to Hakim in Calgary on Macleod by Chinook Mall. My frames had snapped and were not fixable at all. When I got in the store I was served by a very nice young lady, however the lady who had served me over a year ago saw me and came out, overheard my comments to the young lady and immediately found me another pair of frames like the one that had broke. Right away they exchanged the lenses into the “new” frames, all at no cost to me. While it was covered under warranty, I am extremely impressed by the staff, was impressed when I first went in over a year ago. I will definitely be recommending this store to others.
